ESPELETTE GROUND RED PEPPER

The village is known best for its chili peppers & those grown in this region even have an applleation controle for their authenticity. Espelette Pepper ground red powder has replaced black pepper in traditional Basque cooking giving it a unique smokey quality impossible to replicate without these authentic peppers.
