This premium Osetra caviar is produced from Russian sturgeon, originating from the Caspian Sea.  Now hatched and raised in a pristine aqua farm in mountains of North Carolina these sturgeon produced caviar with a Malossol cure (lightly salted), where each tin is handpicked and selected for its color, size, freshness, flavor and texture.  With its color ranging from dark to amber brown and with its pronounced and pleasingly nutty flavor it is sure to be appreciated by the caviar novice and aficionado alike.  An exceptional domestically produced caviar. Hand packed and quality checked for color, size, freshness, flavor and texture

Excellent value

Very nice product; excellent taste and mouth feel; shipping was delayed a day by storms but the product arrived fresh and intact.
