J. LeBlanc produces uniquely true-to-type nut oils. The complete bouquet and taste of each variety is captured by Mr. LeBlanc's use of the most traditional methods. First the fruit is carefully selected by Mr. LeBlanc. The nuts are then roasted, single-pressed and then bottled, unfiltered. These oils are made throughout the year, thereby insuring a constantly fresh supply. Use these oils with everything from salads to fish, poultry, root vegetables and pastries. If your recipe calls for a nut oil, it should be LeBlanc's. Their intensity negates the need to use as much oil as is usually called for in most recipes.
