A highly gastronomic vinegar made from exceptional Banyuls Wine (a fortified wine much like Port), aged for five years in wood barrels to develop its distinctive gastronomic aromas - fresh walnut, green olive, vanilla, prune, gingerbread. . . Add to vinaigrette, or use for deglazing!
The vinegar is elaborated from the naturally sweet Benyuls wine. After aging for four years in in oak barrels in the Mediterranean sun. It is acetified, and then aged one more year in new oak barrels. The natural sugar from the Banyuls, combined with the powerful and rich aromas of walnut, gingerbread and vanilla, will add an incomparable character to your recipes.
