Truffle Recipes - White Truffle Popcorn

ELLE ESSE WHITE TRUFFLE OIL POPCORN

*Bring in the summer with this delicious snack!

(MAKES APPROXIMATELY 8 CUPS)

INGREDIENT LIST:

Popped Pop Corn x 8 cups

White Truffle Oil, Elle Esse x 2 Tbsp

Parmesan Cheese x 3 Tbsp

Fine Sea Salt x 1 tsp

Freshly Ground Black Pepper x 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl

Add the truffle oil and toss to coat well

Then add the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and toss again until well coated with cheese

Serve warm if possible preferably with ice cold champagne!
