A delicious delicacy

The Asian Golden Osetra Caviar was the best caviar I purchased this holiday season. It was buttery and nutty and did not taste fishy at all. I also bought two types of Russian Beluga from another company and my family agreed that the Asian Golden Osetra Caviar was by far the best tasting. This caviar was also much more affordable than competitors. I will continue to purchase the Asian Osetra from Caviar Star in the future. Cheers!

Unbeatable Flavor & Value!

My friends and I tried this Asian Osetra alongside two others from Bulgaria & Israel, as well as caviar from three other types of sturgeon, and this was the favorite. It was the least salty of all the roes with a sweet and slightly nutty flavor. It's a great caviar to eat by the spoonful or paired with crème fraîche and chives. Excellent price too!
