This area, known for many of its world class vineyards, also provides a unique ingredient to the recipe, burning aged oak chardonnay barrels to deepen the smoked flavor. The salmon is fully trimmed by hand to remove all dark meat, sliced paper thin, and vacuum packed fresh. With wonderful texture and robust flavor, this charismatic fire-smoked salmon is the original flagship recipe of Cambridge House Royal. A  recipe unchanged for over 6 decades, this is the smokiest of their salmproduct. Although it is often imitated all over the world, it cannot be copied or equaled.
