CAVIAR STAR RECIPE #10 - Smoked Trout Focaccia

TRY THIS FOR A DELICIOUS LUNCH!

FOCACCIA RECIPE (375 degrees)

AP Flour - 3 1/4 cup

Yeast - 1 packet

Sugar - 1 Tbsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp + Tbsp

Warm Water - 1 2/3 cup

1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, 2 Tbsp EVO & warm water together.

2. Spread mixture onto an oiled 9x13 cake pan

3. Let dough rise 30 minutes then poke holes in it and drizzle remaining 2 Tbsp EVO over the top.

4. Let the dough rise for an additional 15 minutes.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes. 

Top your delicious focaccia with cream cheese and smoked trout roe for a lovely & delicious lunch!
