White Truffle Sauce
6.3oz (180g) of butter and cream infused with white truffles render a fine risotto. Great with rice, pasta, spread on toast, or as a pizza topping. This unique cream is made by mixing Italian white truffles with fresh cream and real Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Particulary suitable for risotto, pasta, tortellini, and ravioli, or spread on canapés. Add vegetable broth if desired.
